Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Perp100 App and the website perp100app.com (collectively referred to as the “Service”).

By accessing or using the app, visiting the website, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You must comply with these Terms at all times while using our Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

 

1. Modification of Terms of Use

Perp100 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website or within the app.

Continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

 

2. Eligibility

By using the Perp100 App or website, you represent that:

  • You are at least 16 years of age (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction).

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Service.

You also acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Service is lawful in your country or region. Perp100 is not responsible for verifying compliance with local laws.

 

3. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perp100 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from:

  • Service interruptions or technical issues,

  • Data loss or corruption,

  • Errors or omissions in the Service,

  • Your reliance on any content within the app,

  • Or any third-party links or materials you access through the Service.

You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

 

4. Access to Services

Perp100 does not guarantee continuous or error-free access. The app may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or other factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from temporary unavailability or reduced functionality.

 

5. Limitations on Use of the Service

By using the Perp100 App, you agree to the following rules:

  • You may only maintain one account per user.

  • You must not attempt to manipulate, automate, or exploit the app (e.g., using bots, emulators, or scripts).

  • You may not use the app for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

  • You must not share or sell your account or rewards to others.

Users found violating these rules may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated, including loss of all earned in-app rewards.

 

6. Disclaimer on Digital Assets and External Links

The Perp100 App does not function as a cryptocurrency exchange, wallet, or trading platform. All token-related features are simulated and represent a pre-launch earning system within the broader Perp100 ecosystem.

Tokens earned in the app are non-transferable and currently hold no real-world or monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or traded for cryptocurrency or fiat currency. These in-app tokens may later be integrated into a wider blockchain ecosystem once official token functionality is introduced; however, there is no guarantee or commitment that such features will be implemented or that tokens will ever obtain value.

If users choose to visit external platforms (including, but not limited to, the official decentralized exchange “Perp100 DEX”), they do so at their own discretion. These platforms operate independently from the app and are governed by their own Terms of Use and Privacy Policies. All activity conducted there is outside the scope of the Perp100 App.

The Perp100 App does not process, manage, or hold any financial transactions, cryptocurrency wallets, or user funds.

 

7. Suspension or Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws,

  • You misuse or attempt to exploit the Service,

  • Or if required by law or technical necessity.

Termination may result in the loss of your progress or Tokens. Perp100 is not liable for any losses arising from account suspension or termination.

 

8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

The Perp100 App may offer optional paid features or subscription plans (“Subscriptions”).

When you subscribe, payment is processed securely through Google Play Billing.

Billing and Renewal
– Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (e.g., monthly) unless canceled before the renewal date.
– You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.


Refunds
– Payments are handled by Google Play, and refund requests must be made directly through Google’s official refund process: https://support.google.com/googleplay.
– Perp100 does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
– Refund eligibility is determined by Google Play’s policies, not by Perp100.


Changes to Pricing
– Perp100 reserves the right to update subscription prices or features.
– If pricing changes, you’ll be notified in advance, and changes will only take effect on your next billing cycle.

 

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, graphics, code, and design elements in the Perp100 App and website are the property of Perp100 or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

The Perp100 name, logo, and branding are protected trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

 

10. Events Beyond Our Control

Perp100 is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Internet or server outages,

  • Natural disasters,

  • Regulatory actions,

  • or acts of third parties.

Such events do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

 

11. Risk Notice

You acknowledge that digital applications, tokens, and promotional systems may be subject to technical, legal, or regulatory risks.

Perp100 may modify or discontinue certain features if required by law or platform policy. You agree that Perp100 shall not be held responsible for any such changes.

 

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perp100, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

 

13. Changes to the Service

We may update or modify features, rules, or mechanics of the Perp100 App at any time to improve user experience or ensure compliance with applicable policies.
